David Leclercq
David Leclercq is Programme Manager with a focus on the Middle East region. Belgian national with a long professional background in business, project and organisation management, David spent three years in the Middle East where he worked in the field of Human Rights and education sector policies. He obtained in 2007 a Professional Master in Political Studies in Lebanon, ten years after a M.A. in Public Administration in Belgium. He recently completed a Certificate in Associations Management from Université Libre de Bruxelles. David speaks English, French, Dutch and has a basic knowledge of Arabic.
