Sebastian Bloching
Sebastian Bloching is a German national. He holds an MA in Political Science from the Free University of Berlin and an MA in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. Before joining EPD in September 2011, Sebastian worked for ISIS Europe in Brussels as a Programme Officer, with a focus on the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). In this capacity, he has published a number of papers on CSDP missions and EU support to security sector reform (SSR) in third countries. Sebastian is fluent in German, English and French. He also has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
