Democracy the best cure for extremism, says Nobel winner
"Tens of thousands of pro-democracy activists today took to the streets of Sana'a, Yemen’s capital, calling for the UN Security Council to take action to force President Ali Abdullah Saleh out of office. Reportedly “energized by Yemeni activist Tawakkul Karman’s Nobel Peace prize,” the protesters said they would continue to push for a democratic transition." Read more
