EPD Latin America Regional Roundtable (February 2009)
The European Partnership for Democracy is starting a programme on Latin America by consulting European experts on this region and representatives of Latin American civil and political society with the aim of forming the strategy of the EPD in this region. These consultations will take the form of desk study, individual meetings and also a regional roundtable on Latin America to be held in Brussels where EPD would like to invite its associated organizations and other European actors active in Latin America to contribute to the discussion. The roundtable will serve as a knowledge sharing meeting. The EPD will cooperate on this programme with the associated organizations: Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, FRIDE and Club of Madrid. The EPD would like to ask experienced organizations willing to help with the assessment to contact the EPD Programme Manager Kristina Prunerova at kristinaprunerova@epd.eu.
