First newsletter of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum

undefinedThe Steering Committee of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) would like to present to you an overview of the work of the Forum from its last meeting in November 2009. EPD Eastern Partnership Officer Kristina Prunerova is a member of the Steering Committee as a coordinator of the Working group 1 on Democracy, Good Governance, Human Rights and Stability. The Steering Committee has met since the Forum twice and made progress on the following issues: preparation of the next Forum to be held in Berlin on November 18 and 19, 2010 in Berlin; planning of the activities of the 4 working groups paralel to the 4 intergovernmental platforms; national coordinators started the work of the national platforms; communication with representatives of the European Commission, EU Member states as well as Eastern Partner countries governments.
