French EU Presidency support for EPD
'The French EU presidency strongly supports the EPD, have no doubt about it', said Minister Kouchner's spokesperson Mr. Chevallier in a meeting with the EPD Board members Rupnik and Von Meijenfeldt on Thursday 24 July. The Cabinet of Minister Kouchner is willing to provide an official EU presidency statement on this and offered to co-organise a meeting on one of EPD's pilot countries in Paris during their EU presidency. The French EU presidency is very interested in cooperation on Zimbabwe and the Caucasus and invited the EPD to present them with fact sheets on our work.
