Georgia's Ruling Party, Opposition Seek Consensus On Electoral Reform

Addressing the Brookings Institute in Washington, D.C., on March 17, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said Georgia wants to be "not only the No. 1 reformer or the No. 1 corruption fighter," but also the country which has "the cleanest elections."
