Namibia: Geingob Hints At Review of Proportional Representation System. All Africa.

Swapo Party Vice President, Hage Geingob, has hinted that perhaps it is time that the country revisits the proportional representation (PR) system, which allows smaller parties to get the remainder of an electoral percentage vote to qualify for a seat in the National Assembly.
