Namibia: Parties Declare a Vote of No Confidence in Electoral Commission. All Africa
NINE political parties yesterday declared a vote of no confidence in the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN). They are the All People's Party (APP), the Congress of Democrats (COD), the Democratic Party of Namibia (DPN), the DTA, Nudo, the Republican Party (RP), the Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP), the United Democratic Front (UDF) and the United People's Movement (UPM).
