Seminar on Improving Democracy Promotion Efforts
The Seminar on Improving Democracy Promotion Efforts will take place on 15 and 16 October 2008 in Warsaw. This 2 days Seminar will bring together foreign leaders of governments and private democracy-building organizations with representatives of the Polish Parliament, Foreign Ministry and Executive Branch.
The Seminar's goal is to improve the quality and effectiveness of Poland’s foreign aid, particularly cross border democracy-building assistance. This can be done through sharing the lessons learned, best practices, experiences and program models of international democracy-building organizations and agencies with the designers of a Polish counterpart.
