SUDAN: Commission suspends vote in 'problem-hit' constituencies, France 24.
Sudan's electoral commission said on Tuesday it had frozen voting in constituencies that were struggling with technical problems, in a further blow to a poll already flawed with logistical delays and an opposition party boycott.
