Havel to speak on anniversary of fall of communism

EPD Patron Vaclav Havel will hold a speech at the European Parliament to mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of communism. The former President of the Czech Republic accepted the invitation of the President of the European Parliament, Jerzy Buzek, to hold an opening speech for the plenary session of the EP on 11^th November 2009.
