Zimbabwe: Education Sector Stability a Priority
"In an attempt to create manpower stability in Polytechnics and Teachers' Colleges as an interim measure, the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education resolved in 2009 that 30 percent of tuition fees be used to pay incentive allowances to both lecturing and non-lecturing staff at the rate of US$100 per month for lecturers and US$75 to support staff."
